About Us

Since 1992 we have been in the closeout liquidation business.    We specialize in the distribution of liquidation, surplus, overstock and closeout merchandise.   What this means is that we get closeout and excess merchandise from department stores, catalog companies and manufactures.  When a department store has excess inventory or they are changing from one season to the next, they will closeout their warehouse and in store stock.  This is where we come in and purchase large quantities of these closeouts.   We get our merchandise at a very low cost simply because the company needs to make room for new merchandise.  That is how we can offer such great pricing to our customers.  Most of our merchandise is brand new but occasionally our lots also include customer returns.  Sometimes a "customer returned" item is damaged but more often than not, they simply returned it because they changed their mind when they got home.  Typically a department store cannot resell customer returns so they sell it off to liquidation.  Again, that's where we come in.

As is common in the surplus / closeout business,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All product is sold "as is" -  NO returns and NO exchanges. All product is purchased on an “as is, where is” basis. We do not offer any warranties or any manufacturer warranties. We make every attempt to represent what we are selling as accurately as possible. If, on the rare occasion, there is a problem with your order, we will make every attempt to work with you and correct the problem going forward. Since we sell merchandise to our customers at a deep discount and offer great deals, we cannot economically process any returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are NOT refundable - No exceptions.  Your understanding is appreciated.
